Reserved Rights
ELAN platform only for official business Ads, coupon and community event post published, we reserve the right that reject Ads containing nudity, pornography, racism, gambling, casinos, anti-government material(s), anti-religious, or any business or organization Ads that is or is likely to be involved in controversy that could adversely affect our reputation.
Guarantee
The ELAN makes no representations and does not guarantee an increase in client sales nor promise top listing in any search engine or directory. The ELAN will use the best efforts to perform task under the AGREEMENT, and makes no representation or guarantee that the site will be accessible by all browser and operating systems. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall ELAN be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the USER’ s inability to use ELAN ’s services that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion, errors, defects, delays in operation, communication failure, destruction.
Electronic Commerce Business Relationships The USER understands that the web host, credit card processing services and any other businesses not owned by the ELAN are separate from the AGREEMENT and are a separate business entity from the ELAN. The USER understands that ELAN has no control over functionality or availability of web site due to the actions or inaction of the web host server, credit card processing, online banking and any other business services the ELAN uses to transact business over the Internet outside of the ELAN. ELAN makes no representations, warranties or guarantees for any recommendations of other Internet business partners.
Electronic Commerce Law The USER agrees that the USER is responsible for self-assessment the transaction risk of the listing ads, and the USER be responsible for compliance with federal and/or state laws regarding any electronic commerce conducted through their post ads and will hold harmless the ELAN from any claim, causes of action, penalty, tax, and/or tariff arising from the CLIENT’s use of ELAN Ads.
Confidentiality ELAN agree that, except as directed by USER, it will not at any time during or after the term of this AGREEMENT disclose any information to any person. This includes, but is not limited to, web site and email address, user ids and passwords, trade information.
Payment Ads posting shall be sold for package payment plan by Paypal or venmo on website in US dollars. Payment for the site must be made in full before the ELAN website administrator to approve/reject the ads, moved to the directory page of the ads post.
Continuing Maintenance This AGREEMENT does not include the maintenance AGREEMENT. Continuing search engine optimization service, pay per click service & Internet marketing service; web photography and video production service; multi-foreign language version ads service are not contained in this AGREEMENT.
Entire Understanding This AGREEMENT constitutes the sole agreement between ELAN and the USER, regarding its ads listing Service. The parties agree that if any part, term, or provision of this Agreement shall be found illegal or in conflict with any valid controlling law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
