Q1. How Can I post Ads?   

Either you are a new user or an existing user, please follow the instructions How to Post Ads.

Q2. How much do you charge for each Ads?

We charge each Ads one flat fee $18 per mouth.

Q3. How many Categories I can choose for each post of an Ad?

You can choose one sub-category under the parent category for each post Ad.

Q4. How about I can’t find the categories I want to post my Ads?

It is difficult to completely cover all the categories for user’s needs. For every parent category, there is a sub-category ” Zone- other” for you to post your Ads if you really can’t find from the listed categories.

Q5. How about I can’t find the cities location to post my Ads to?

We list the main big cities and major Chinese agglomeration of cities. You can choose the closest city to post your Ads if you can’t find your city location.

Q6. Should I upload image for my post Ad?

Yes, you need to upload at least one image for your Ad Post.

Q7. Is there requirement for uploaded image size?

User will not be able to upload images less than 760×410 dimensions. Ad image max size is 5MB.

Q8. Is there limit for length of Ads title and description?

The length of Ads title should not be more than 50 characters, and no more than 350 characters for description of the Ads.

Q9. How many tags I can add in each of the Ad?

You can add up to 10 tags into your post Ad. Ads tags is for search engine optimization friendly purpose. You can just add Ads tag keyword in related to your business.

Q10. Where will the Ad go after it expire?

The Ad will go to draft version status on the user profile page.

Q11. Will you approve any Ads that user post?

Our platform only approve official business Ads, coupon and community event Ads posts. We reserve the right to reject the Ads containing nudity, pornography, racism, gambling, casinos, anti-government material(s), anti-religious, or any business or organization Ads that is or is likely to be involved in controversy that could adversely affect our reputation. We reserve the rights to reject any Ads that user post.

Q12. How long will you approve the Ads after user post the Ads?

We usually can approve your Ads within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday, but weekend may need to be more than 48 hours. After the Ads get the approval from our website admin staff, your Ads will be shown under the related categories on the website.

Q13. Can I edit my Ads after I submit my Ads?

Please carefully proofread your Ads before you submit it. Due to limited staffing and every day’s workload, we generally don’t work on the re-approve task for your updated Ads post back and forth. If you really need to update your Ads post please contact us.  Extra $3 will be charged and thanks for your understanding.

Q14. Do you have QR code for the website?

Yes, we have. Please feel free to download and pass it to anyone.

Q15. What types of payment method do you accept?

We accept safe payment method  Paypal and Venmo that you can directly pay from package page.
